Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

1.We accept return of product. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the product delivered.

2.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

3.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

4.If it is our fault that causes the goods to be damaged or incorrect, we will provide free returns and refunds; if it is due to your personal reasons, you need to pay for the shipping costs.

5.To start a return, you can contact us at postmaster@folomie.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6.Once the item is confirmed en route back to us, your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days.

Tips

1.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2.Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Please contact our customer service at postmaster@folomie.com to get the return address.

3.If you have any questions about returns, please contact customer support within 180 days of your first order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at postmaster@folomie.com.
